Any company that would rip off a 92 yo widow would rip off anybody! Charging double the rate per gallon for propane delivery compared to the other two companies in the area is unacceptable. To top it off, you then make her feel guilty when she calls to tell you to pick up the tank because WE switched her service! She had nothing to do with it, we got tired of seeing you rip her off ever since we moved into this house 18 years ago and she rented a water softener from you too.
