The employees are so friendly and helpful. I called one day and they were there the next day.
THE WORSE!!!!!!! The girls who answer the phone, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! they are scammers, do NOT care about their customers! for the price of propane FIND A COMPANY THAT CARES!!!!! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!!! HORRID!!!!
All set for winter thanks to the friendly and very helpful people at suburban propane! Kelly thanks so much for your help on setting us up with the "office stuff" and to Cole for the thorough install making sure we were good to go! You are both much appreciated!
My tank needed swapped out today. Cole was the young service tech assigned. He was very polite and thorough. Making sure to check for leaks and ensuring my appliances were working afterwards. I have been with Suburban Propane since 2008. Everyone has always been nice and respectful. I will continue to use them, service means a lot.
