What's up with Suburban Propane??? I double checked with them, when I called last fall(2017) & made sure I was locked in @ $1.99.....today 1-6-18 I got a delivery & they charged me $2.99....& of course no one is answering phone calls today...I'm not very happy�����

3.79 a gallon!?!? Youre out of your damn minds. More than twice what other companies charge. When my wife and i were on your budget plan last you let us run out twice. We will be taking our business elswhere after the first of the year and i encourage others to switch as well.
Same as the other two people...overcharge per gallon (more than other places) and don't come out to check levels either. They're supposed to come periodically to check the level. We ran out last week and they told us they were going to charge me $80 since the tank was empty...then charged me an outrageous amount to refill. And...told me it would be 7-10 days before they could come out. Once my tank empties next time, I'm going to tell them to come get their tank, and I'll go elsewhere.
