When I bought my house I heard and this company so I did call them the guy I talked to was wonderful and talked me into going with them. So I did they first was supposed to deliver the propane before the snow back in January we froze for a week with no heat at all, because they couldn't get out to us when they should have. I bought my house and there was a tank with about 200 gallons of propane already here. I talked with these crooks and told them when I was out or close to out I would call them for a delivery. About 4 months later I see a note on my door from these people. It was a bill for close to $2K saying they filled the tank up for me. I called them and said I didn't order this and that I didn't have the money to pay the bill. They said they could do nothing because it was delivered already. I said. If I could give less than one star, I would. We contacted them 10 days ago to let them know we were at 20%. They assured us we would be filled within a week. I understand why they didn't go out in the snow as it was falling, but once main roads are cleared and the salt is down, why in the world are they closed and not doing ANY delivery, including emergency???
