We love Suburban for they have come when we call
This is the second year that this company left me and my family cold in the winter, promising a delivery date before the winter season, I myself am terminally ill and a senior citizen who has worked hard my whole life and I believe in the good of humanity but after this year 2026 I will never do business with these clowns again they lied last year and they lied again their tank will be sitting on the curbside like a bag of trash just like they always treat their customers 🥶
When I bought my house I heard and this company so I did call them the guy I talked to was wonderful and talked me into going with them. So I did they first was supposed to deliver the propane before the snow back in January we froze for a week with no heat at all, because they couldn't get out to us when they should have. When they did I was told I was on a payment plan. I would receive phone calls stating I need to pay on it and then they were going to lock it so I had to pay extra this has happened 3 times total. I bought my house and there was a tank with about 200 gallons of propane already here. I talked with these crooks and told them when I was out or close to out I would call them for a delivery. About 4 months later I see a note on my door from these people. It was a bill for close to $2K saying they filled the tank up for me. I called them and said I didn't order this and that I didn't have the money to pay the bill. They said they could do nothing because it was delivered already. I said.
