I have spent more than a month trying to get a refund. I had Suburban retrieve the propane tank I've had at my house for 20 years because I realized I was paying for something I had used less than 10 times. I am now living on a fixed, limited income and figured this is one way I could cut costs. I made the initial call on March 25th and was told I would be reimbursed for the propane in the tank as well as the deposit I paid 20 years ago. Very unprofessional, park his truck in my driveway to fill up my neighbor propane. Wasn't able to get out of my own driveway. Didn't say anything just look at me and drove away.

The service representative Anthony was very helpful, knowledgeable, and positive Anthony went above and beyond by setting up and showing us how to operate our fireplace remote. Lastly, cleaning out a clogged stove burner.

I recently had the best experience with Suburban Propane team of Waldorf. My heat stop working, I called Suburban Propane, representative Danielle answered the phone, I informed her of my problem. Danielle reached out to her technicians and found someone to come out the same day. Danielle was empathetic, responsive and caring. Terrible CS. They said they would 100% come out, and replace their very old tank. They showed up today, decided it was good enough and canceled the order. Come get your tank!!
