While we understand that the current weather conditions make delivery difficult, they have been promising a delivery “tomorrow” since last Wednesday January 28th. Today is February 1st! Everyone knew about this storm two weeks in advance. This is a complete and total failure by management.

I was impressed by Suburban Propane initially. I am sad to say that the company has finally revealed their true colors to me so I can no longer recommend them. The story outlined below showcases their predatory business techniques which has left me a little frustrated with them. I have used Suburban Propane for many years. I'm in the Waldorf MD office. Everyone that I have spoken with has always been very helpful. There is one person who I feel has gone above and beyond in helping answer my questions, checking my account and is always very knowledgeable and professional. So, I would like to give a HUGE Shout Out to Wanda Bowie. Wanda is a huge asset to Suburban Propane. Thank you, Wanda, for always giving me wonderful support as a customer.

I have spent more than a month trying to get a refund. I had Suburban retrieve the propane tank I've had at my house for 20 years because I realized I was paying for something I had used less than 10 times. I am now living on a fixed, limited income and figured this is one way I could cut costs. I made the initial call on March 25th and was told I would be reimbursed for the propane in the tank as well as the deposit I paid 20 years ago. Very unprofessional, park his truck in my driveway to fill up my neighbor propane. Wasn't able to get out of my own driveway. Didn't say anything just look at me and drove away.
