After being a customer for years in good standing, I've endured periods without heat due to missed deliveries each winter. And now having a 3 week schedule starting in October I've made calls week after week to try and get a delivery. No deliveries have been made despite repeated assurance by management. Contract with anyone else suburban propane is a sham company that renegs on agreements.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Cancelled 4 times on the day of, and hung up on my husband twice when he called to schedule. It’s been over a month now of trying to get our tank installed, and we’re taking our business elsewhere.

We were told we were in a schedule, day came and went, we called, and no one had any knowledge of that. Then it was 4-6 weeks. We ended up going elsewhere and getting tanks in 3 days AND filled.

Cynthia at the Chester office provided excellent customer service. I have been a customer with Suburban for decades. I had a serious billing concern. She understood my concern completely and saved a customer for the company. I have spoken with her and other reps at this specific office over the years. The customer service at this office feels like neighbors looking out for each other. Thanks again.
