Possibly the worse Customer Service I have ever dealt with in 20+ years. We recently moved to the Dover Area in DE. We had an emergency leak on our propane tank after the snowstorm. They send a technician over a week ago who only replaced a piece of damaged pipe. The tank is still missing a foot and is not very stable. I asked the office if the technician checked how many gallons of propane, we had in the tank (considering we had a leak!!!): the agent said "I don't have the information handy" - which is ridiculous.
