We’ve used this company for two years. A man appeared at our door last Friday, without any notification, to say he was here to inspect our tank. We live on a farm and have to move the horses for the truck to get in the area with the tank so I requested they schedule a time as we did not need propane and had NOT been notified. He seemed annoyed, called a girl named Teresa in their office. She replied that she would call my husband and schedule a time. This company's prices are the highest in the industry, the product they sell is no different than anyone else's. The company does not care about customers. The company does not care about employees. Their lease prices are highway robbery. The delivery drivers are treated poorly by some office staff. Office is a toxic place to work. Buyer beware Do business with a smaller company. You will get a better deal and better customer service.
I’ve used this company for four years. Until now I haven’t had any issues with them. They now have Teresa White working for them. She hung up on me. Doesn’t reply to my emails and just over all a horrible example of the employees working for this company. I would think they would want to retain customers. I guess not.
Price gouging...almost double per gallon of gas compared to several other companies in the area. Basically zero customer service. Said they only have one delivery truck. Re-scheduled me three times before I got the first gas...took three months for the first and only gas from them. Let me run out of gas also!
