Price gouging...almost double per gallon of gas compared to several other companies in the area. Basically zero customer service. Said they only have one delivery truck. Re-scheduled me three times before I got the first gas...took three months for the first and only gas from them. Let me run out of gas also!
So far terrible installation and customer service
Do yourself a favor and spend whatever it cost to use another company. Led by Daniel, Andrea, Melissa, and Teresa you will be told that they’re working on getting everything setup for you when they’re actually doing nothing. Had a site visit scheduled and was canceled the day it was scheduled. Finally got the site visit completed on a Thursday and was told the plans would be sent to me no later than Monday. Horrible service. Terrible communication. Their only consistency comes in being truly, unabashadly unreliable. You can count on that!
