Contacted me once to set up an account after buying a house with one of their tanks located outside, I told them I wanted to shop around first. Never heard from them again until many months later they showed up without notice, on a holiday when the other propane companies are closed, to take their tank back unless I signed up for an account on the spot. That solidified my decision to go with another company.
