We have been suburban customers for almost 5 years. They have always provided wonderful customer service and have been great to work with. They are always kind and friendly when we contact them with questions or to pay for our fill-up.
Apparently it’s in their business model to trespass onto peoples property to remove tanks without notifying the home owner first. Not cool when your company puts my teenager in an awkward and uncomfortable situation with not knowing how to handle someone helping themselves on our property without permission. (Apparently the tanks were rented by the previous owners of the home, which we didn’t know and have lived here for 2 years).
1st timer at getting my tank refilled and I had let it get pretty low. Called the office and within 3 days they had me back up to full. Thankyou Jackie for taking care of us.
Extremely rude on the phone. Refused to take me as a new customer.
