The customer service with this company is very poor. They do not respond to emergency calls. They tell you they will come and then don't show up. My niece has been out of fuel since Friday. They said they'd come Monday in subzero temps! Meanwhile, she has frozen pipes and still cannot get someone to come. They told her they would charge her a $200 emergency fee. I hope they don't charge her because they never responded to her emergency. I advised her to research other companies once she gets this situation settled. We used t... read more

This place should be closed down for the way they tell you one price and then another. This company is a scam company. I would never use them

I called them and told them I was going to run out of fuel, gave them payment in advance and they still didn' t deliver. They do not care about anything but their money. I also checked with another propane company and they were 20 cents cheaper per gallon. Do not go with these people. They do not care at all your situation. Absolutely horrible customer service.
