100% absolutely terrible company. Been trying for 2 weeks to get a fill up, told numerous times we will be there this week and never showed. Called AGAIN today and was told they will be out next week Wednesday, if we come earlier it will be a additional $100 charge? Had no choice as I'm literally almost out of propane (at least I'm guessing as my gauges don't work and they won't repair them KNOWING they don't work and yes we rent the tanks from them).Now mind you, there is $1,102 in my account. Service sucks. Cost is way to high. We called Nolan and started with them . For the price with suburban to fill my tanks i will get filled twice with Nolan. Suburban wont come unless you are down to less than 25%. Thats alot to come up with when you have 2 110gallon tanks. Never come when they are supposed to. Still have their tanks in my yard since beginning of December and still haven't picked them up and in 2 days it will be February. Don't call them for Service..

This location is unable to accurately manage auto-delivery and fails to communicate with customers. We ran out of propane during the holidays with guests visiting due to their ineffective systems. When they finally arrived to deliver propane, the driver never knocked at the door and simply disappeared, never checking to ensure our mechanicals were working.
