The lack of communication is so incredibly frustrating took 6 month to talk to a manager and when did my issue were completely laughed off. Updated 3 years later same issues will be switching and bringing in a lawyer.
This is a terrible company. Absolutely can’t stand how this company treats people. I’ve had innumerable failed attempts at service calls, scheduling service, resolving issues, etc. They do not care about the customer they just avoid speaking with us directly. I left several messages to speak with a manager to discuss an insane bill and never received a call back just got a notice in the mail threatening to discontinue my service if I didn’t pay. I could not recommend them even to someone I hate.
the prices are exorbitant and it is no longer reliable. twice in the last year our propane tank ran to empty because of delivery failures. and good luck trying to contact a customer service agent on the telephone. so overall - find a different propane supplier.
The worst. Have left us in the lurch time and time again. Just trying to figure out how to switch as they own the tank.
