The worst. Have left us in the lurch time and time again. Just trying to figure out how to switch as they own the tank.
I ordered a propane delivery 5 days ago- when I wasn’t on the schedule as of today, I called and they told me I’d have to pay an emergency $135 to get the propane today. They said I was supposed to order when I was at 30-40%, but I was never informed of that until a moment ago. So they’re charging me $135 for an emergency of their own creation. I will not work with Suburban again.
If i could give 0 stars i would Since the heating season has started, they have incorrectly billed me at almost 6$ a gallon which was an error and has been fixed. Im locked it at 2.19$ And they have run me out of propane, three times. Its only the end of January! I am on auto fill meanin they come every few weeks and fill without me asking for a fill or needing to go out and check the tanks. If you are in the Hudson Valley area, do yourself and your bank account a favor and join the Mid-Hudson fuel buyers group. I made the mistake of using Suburban for propane after moving to the area. Far and away one of the scummiest companies I have ever dealt with. Price gougers to the absolute extreme (nearly double--or more--competitor per-gallon rates), with the same or worse service than anyone else.
