RecommendedSuburban refilled my propane on a Sunday during the post Hurricane Ian power outage here in Sarasota. I called Saturday and it was done the next day. Bless you!
Been waiting for a promised delivery for a week, every day a new excuse. Overpriced and terrible customer service
Such a large company with great buying power you think they would pass that on to the consumer. I found that Suburban Propane was 50 to 100% more than the local competitors for gas. As a result I’ve switched my service from Suburban to a local competitor after 8 yrs. Now if Suburban can just come pick up their tank that’s been it’s sitting on the curb for a week It would be appreciated.

By not letting our tank run empty because the guy saw a snake in January and just left. Either didn't report it or whoever he reported it to did nothing. This is 2/19. No oven/range, no hot water, no dryer. Unbelieveable. Both my wife and I saw him. Both cars in the DRive. Never even knocked on the door.
Attention to detail and helping me solve a problem that was not their problem... so few companies go above and beyond anymore. Andrew, thank you!

They had been servicing the previous owner for years. They were almost double another local company per gallon which is fine. Beware, new customer alert!! Suburban does't take responsibility for disruption of service which cost customer $95. Soon after 1st refueling delivery my new pool heater stopped working. Called Suburban customer service to advise and was told there would be a $99 service charge if they responded. Since I had a warranty on the heater I called the manufacturer and when they responded they informed me that the heater did not malfunction but that the fuel supply was shut off at the underground tank.
