Terrible company and customer service. I have been trying to get my tank removed since December and almost 3 months later still hasn’t happened. They are aware but nothing has happened. They have my number and address and all is noted but nothing has changed. I just get told a date and then they don't show up.
You are great and the service is formidable thank you so much
Andrew came out and did our installation, and I could not.I have been more pleased with the service. After installation, he walked us through how the system works and tips on getting the best out of fire system.
Excellent service and professionalism
We have used Suburban Propane for 29 years at my house and will be switching next year. I do not know what has changed over the past year with their service, but it has been a nightmare. Constantly getting bounced around to different people over the phone, never receiving the same answer from employees & then no communication as to what is going on with my account and fill ups.
