Do not trust them with autopay. Their bills were frequently wrong, and it took hours on the phone to get it fixed each time. At least half the time I ended up being forwarded to a 'regional' office that said it could not help fix the local office's billing errors. When I canceled my account and told them to come remove the tank (because I am moving, but still own the house), they told me it was a $149 fee to remove the tank, or I could pay the same $149 fee and they would leave the tank there. Way too expensive. Be prepared to pay a TON of random fees.
Always top off tank within time specified. Driver is always pleasant.
Terrible company and customer service. I have been trying to get my tank removed since December and almost 3 months later still hasn’t happened. They are aware but nothing has happened. They have my number and address and all is noted but nothing has changed. I just get told a date and then they don't show up.
