Don't use. Their service terrible and will lie to you. I am 80 years old and We are in the midst of a 6day power outage. my 100 pound tank that I use for cooking and backup heat in fireplace ran out. When I called on Monday they took my order, but trucks not on road. Wednesday assured me I was on list, Friday trucks delivering but cancelled my order because they had not posted a payment i sent in a week ago. *UPDATE* Suburban came the next day and filled up our tanks. I'm thankful for that because we would have been empty before the end of the week**. The school I work for has been using Suburban for a long time. I took over overseeing the fuel deliveries last year, and I have not been impressed at all. Currently, the school's grammar building is running very low, and they are telling me that they can't have a truck out for a week because they are not servicing our area until then. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service. Over charge for everything and they quote you one thing and send a bill for a different amount than what was quoted. When I spoke to technician he was still 50 minutes out and said I couldn’t cancel. If you smell gas coming from your tank, call 911 don’t call Suburban because they will charge $250.
