I have had nothing less than great service and nice customer service people. It amazes me that people only review businesses when there is an issue leading customers to feel it is a bad company. My last company of 35 years decided to charge us $75 for a meter to tell them when we needed propane! I was on a twice a year delivery and they just stopped it without telling us. Then I tried to make a date and they no longer do that. Just call when you need it and we'll be out in 4 days or so. I can't do that when on vacation!! App... read more
Had a pressure leak and called...got a repair guy called and was so rude the gas stopped then started again. The next day non stop. He said it was a pressure valve that we were supposed to be told to turn it in spring...nobody when they first came or any other time was I told this. He came today and was so rude he's lucky I needed it fixed or he'd get kicked off my property. I'm changing companies asap!
Refused to service the camper which i live in for "safety" purposes which makes no sense at all. My camper is a permanent residence and i dont have the income to support a larger home so there is biasness involved here. Terrible company. Terrible attitude from employees manager included when asked about heating my home. I was treated as of it was Ridiculous to even ask when ive serviced my home with large tanks for years but am only now just settling down on the area here. I suggest using another company.
