Since my mom passed away 3 years ago and my husband and I took over the house. We have not a bad experience with you guys and we very happy with your company.
I’ve used Suburban off and on for years, so I called them recently and asked if they could park in the yard to refill my tank, as I recently had my driveway resurfaced and the weight of the truck would destroy it. The office women said that it was no problem at all and they would make a note for the driver not to use the driveway. Well, I know how well people listen to notes, so the morning of the delivery I put caution tape across the end of my driveway in the event that the driver decided to ignore or not read the delivery... read more
