This is the second time Suburban has failed to fill our tanks. They went empty. Not only did we have no heat, but our stove as well. Today, two days before Christmas we are in this predicament. The response we received is delivery is scheduled for January 14th. Hahaha. Perhaps, my family could go to their homes for our Christmas meal. Evidently, a delivery will be made today. We’ll see. But, where is the sincere concern for good customer service? Twice?! No apologies. After reading the reviews we intend to look for a better ... read more
