Even though we had a contract to do business, Suburban Propane failed to show up on three different occasions. Shame on me for believing them, but shame on them for being so unprofessional. Now, after waiting for weeks, taking time off from work on three different occasions, and being lied to from employees on all different levels as to when the delivery and installation would happen, it still did not happen. Failed to deliver propane to my business causing me to run out on Saturday night! 2nd time this happened. Unbelievable!!!!!
After having a lot of problems with Suburban Propane, I finally got help from a very conscientious manager who made sure that I was taken care of. Hopefully, they will continue to improve their service. So for now, I'm recommending them and giving them four out of five stars.
Very poor customer service. Will be calling another company tomorrow to hope for better service.
