My husband and I are very pleased with Sert's professionalism, on-the-job knowledge, and the courtesies he extended to us throughout the tank install process. Sert is the Technician who did the tank install, setup, leak testing, equipment and propane adjustments, and the final testing for our generator hookup. We lost our electricity a few days ago and our generator worked like a charm! We are a new customer and pleased with this Suburban Propane experience. Thank you, Sert for a job well done!
Fucking extortionists. Avoid this company like the plague. They will do their darndest to fuck you out of every penny they can. Most recently locked my tank over a $20 annual rental fee. We'll see if they try to pull their 'Unlock Fee' bullshit again.
Horrible customer service , they love to give the customer the run around . Do not show up as scheduled. Take my advice look for another propane company and save future aggravation.
