This almost doesn’t feel real.. We purchased a summer trailer and contacted Suburban to service and fill their tank that was left on the property by the last owner. It has been a good experience. They were friendly and made it easy to set up an account. They offer a reasonable price on prebuy propane, new tank delivery, and an impressive installation technician. There is no rental charge for the first year, which is A LOT cheaper than most other companies like D.R. after that.

Delivered way too early in the morning to a neighbor, it’s a tight neighborhood, they were noisy AF and woke up my 10 month old. Even woke me up. If you’re going to deliver at 7:00 am on the dot, be more considerate. Not surprised to see only 1 star reviews left

Delivery man said my tank was way too small and that he would talk to the boss about getting me a bigger tank. No tank ever came. I complained about the fee because I was on auto. Finally they admitted their mistake and returned my fee. Now here it is again! I ran out of gas! no heat and no cooking! Have been wa... read more
