Do not use this company!!! They will not fill your tank, even if on automatic delivery. They have let our tank run out several times causing frozen pipes. When you call, no one ever answers and it transfers you to a corporate number. They have escalated my concerns several times. Last time we went 3 days without propane in the middle of winter. Susan, an assistant manager said that she would email me with her address so I could send her expenses including lost revenue as it was New Years week and we couldn’t rent it out. Nev... read more

In the fall/winter of 2024, we were “dropped” from automatic delivery so in December I walk into a house with a temp close to 40. No one could explain how we were dropped from our delivery but assured we were back on. Guess what - it happened again the following month and we were without heat again. Again - no explanation as to how it happened. I insisted on bi-weekly delivery whether we needed propane or not... read more

This almost doesn’t feel real.. We purchased a summer trailer and contacted Suburban to service and fill their tank that was left on the property by the last owner. Their communication was poor- we were informed everything was all set, the tank was filled and we were good to go. When we got to the trailer, the tank had a red tag on it laying out a slew of code issues. WE had to call and inquire as this tag didn’t match the info we were given that everything was all set. We were informed that there were several safety issues ... read more

It has been a good experience. They were friendly and made it easy to set up an account. They offer a reasonable price on prebuy propane, new tank delivery, and an impressive installation technician. There is no rental charge for the first year, which is A LOT cheaper than most other companies like D.R. after that.
