I have to say I was hesitant after reading some reviews about Suburban Propane. I actually tried another Propane company after reading everything. After a month or so of back and forth my brother was scheduled for a propane tank set and fill with another company. As soon as the customer service rep heard me say assistance I was put on hold. Within five minutes I was told the supervisor decided it was to hard to set a tank and they would not service my brother's property after he was without heat since December of 2023.
