My wife and I bought our first house at the end of November 2025. 4 months later and April Rolls around. Suburban Propane shows up, unannounced, not even as much as a letter in the mail, and shuts our propane off. Conveniently when the weather starts heating up, might I add. Place is a joke. Call another company for your home and do not waste your time trying to get a tank filled up at their location either, place is a Mickey Mouse operation. Need to update there google to reflect what they actually serve to customers!!
I’d give Suburban Propane 0 stars if I could. Our house has been on automatic refills since we moved in, yet we have run out of propane every single time. We called last night to inform them that we ran out of propane, and they scheduled an emergency appointment for us. It’s been 24 hours since we called, and we are still without propane! We will be switching providers due to our experience.
Maybe it’s time to start retiring some of your older drivers. Don’t understand how they think when they pull out into the right lane automatically thinks they’re allowed to overtake the left lane. Maybe I should’ve let him hit me and things could’ve been different. But then again I’d be out of a company truck. But you would be paying for the new one. Happened around Vine/compton road area 9am. Maybe retrain them how to drive better.
