Thanks to SP for coming out on short notice and clear a clogged pipe on my tank Monday morning.
Cancelled their service November 5 and went with a new supplier as Suburban was charging us double what other local suppliers were. They still have not picked up their tanks after almost a month. Have called 2 additional times to inquiry when the tanks would be picked up and I'm told we are on the list but they are very busy. Would not recommend this company. The woman you speak with is very nice, that is the only positive.
I would like to say that Patty from your Marcy office is the best!! She was so friendly and helpful when I called. She made me feel great just for calling!! Excellent customer service. The gentleman that delivered our propane was great too. Great job Suburban Propane!!
