So far so good, just started with the company and I am hopeful there will be no issues. They showed up for my appointment when scheduled, delivered my fuel in a timely manner and so far I feel I made the right choice switching to Suburban
Excellent service with the two guys who came out to ensure everything was good as I'm a new customer. Professional and comfortable to conduct business with the entire team! Very happy customer and I value that as good customer service is fading out from businesses.
The customer service here is horrible and the new management as well, hutch and chuck are both incompetent…. Delivery service sucks, their 90 years of experience is a joke…. I was told I would receive a full refund 7 days ago from Chuck still nothing.
I have been trying to have the propane tank removed from my property for over 4 months. I have called many times with no success. I have been told I'm on "the list" for tank removal. I've also been given a specific date without tank removal. I think 4 months is more than enough time to remove their tank from property! Worst service.
