This company not only has the worst price gouging on the planet. Sometimes almost 7$ a gallon. They are beyond rude when you call them asking for things. We needed an emergency fill, they gave us barely any to the point where we ran out AGAIN. Then we had to call and hound them for an entire day to get them to come fill the tanks. After we spent 1500$ to get them filled in the first place. Then they tried tacking on another 200$ to it. We finally switched company’s. So far so good, just started with the company and I am hopeful there will be no issues. They showed up for my appointment when scheduled, delivered my fuel in a timely manner and so far I feel I made the right choice switching to Suburban
Excellent service with the two guys who came out to ensure everything was good as I'm a new customer. Professional and comfortable to conduct business with the entire team! Very happy customer and I value that as good customer service is fading out from businesses.
The customer service here is horrible and the new management as well, hutch and chuck are both incompetent…. Delivery service sucks, their 90 years of experience is a joke…. I was told I would receive a full refund 7 days ago from Chuck still nothing.
