I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from multiple members of your support team . After working an extremely long day in Martinsville, Shannon Rodgers and Bernard took extra time to make sure my wife and I were adequately taken care of in a situation where we had no heat or hot water. Bernard got by for my delivery after 5 on Friday after a long day of cold deliveries he didn’t miss a beat. Very knowledgeable guy and got it done hope to deal with him again in the future. Sorry, I can’t remember the ladies name in the office, but she really took care of me and I appreciate her.
