Working with Suburban has been very frustrating and difficult. It appears that the service department in both the Franklin and Milford offices are very shorthanded in both management and technicians. We needed a tank moved and had to wait more than two months for service. We called repeatedly to request this service and never received call backs. They are the worst! Nobody picks up the phone. There’s no other option I am stuck with them. Everybody in new england must switch to geothermal/heat pump (splits) or go back to burning wood because all these gas and oil companies have an illegal cartel enabled by politicians who won’t allow cheap gas to flow into the COLDEST region in lower 48 just so these companies can profit off your misery. Been trying for days for for delivery about to run out. Why doesn't any one pick up the phones.
1 star is being nice considering , we have been waiting over 10 days for a delivery from the Milford office. After calling when we were at 25% in need of delivery (mind you we're in a massive winter advisories the last two weeks at temps under 20 and down to below zero temps at night. Having a household with someone disableable and in need of hot water and warm temps, this office has been nothing but rude and the communication is terrible.
