I guess being a customer for 23 years always doing their early buy program and being on automatic delivery doesn't mean anything anymore. like many others, I have contacted them numerous times starting when we were down to 30% propane. we were told by suburban propane call when we're down to 30%. funny cuz it seems like I always have to call but then they'll say there's a ticket pulled. well this month something changed. called them a few weeks back & let them know we are at 30%. they said they'll put us in the que. called b... read more

Suburban propane is a poorly run business. They do not show up to refill your tank. When I called to warn them that the tank is getting low, they still didn't show up. Talking to the central office after hours is frustrating. They will tell you that they can come out in a couple weeks to refill, no matter how many times you explain the situation. Superior Propane is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I really wish I could give them 0 starts, but this is not allowed. (We had been happy a customer of Fuller then Rymes since the 70's). In a routine check of our Propane tanks prior to the storm (3 weeks ago), we discovered that the level was in the red. As we are on auto-delivery, this was troubling.
