We had a small gas leak in our kitchen at work. I called Stephanie, Within minutes she had reached out to the person in charge of their Milford NH office, who is new, John, and within 5 minutes their tech, Walker, was calling me letting me know he was on his way. He came and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour which was very helpful for our staff to get back to normal operation. Thanks a bunch to all three of you.

I have reached out and spoken with her during emergencies with my propane woodstove -- pilot not working, running out of propane, etc. ... and each time she has resolved it in a timely manner with pleasantness and humor. She was very knowledgeable about my account and was able to advise me regarding a payment plan that would suit my budget. She is an incredible asset to the company!
