Being a leaving customer of Suburban Propane has been one of the most frustrating experiences. Please do not tell me to contact the local office, I have, for 8months to still have not had our problem solved. Managers promise to handle the situation and just continue to lie. I couldn’t recommend this company less.
Worst company in the world. First they let me run out of oil then they take me out the plan because they let me run. Bunch of clowns running this company. Then I want a delivery and no one is picking up the phone. Clowns running a clown company
Employees where nice but, what a horrible company price gouging customers for years! Charing over $8 a gal for propane!
We had a small gas leak in our kitchen at work. I called Stephanie, Within minutes she had reached out to the person in charge of their Milford NH office, who is new, John, and within 5 minutes their tech, Walker, was calling me letting me know he was on his way. He came and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within an hour which was very helpful for our staff to get back to normal operation. Thanks a bunch to all three of you.
We want to thank Amy for doing a great job to get our water and heat turned back on. She’s very thorough, knowledgeable and easy to work with in addition to being a great representative for your company.
