I've been a customer since September 2022. During that time I have experienced nothing but trouble with Suburban Propane. They're billing practices are an absolute nightmare.(get out your high school accounting book) During the 3+ years of dealing with them, I had to contact accounting almost every single month due to their overcharging unit costs per gallon way above and beyond our contracted rates. Suburban propane is a poorly run business. They do not show up to refill your tank. When I called to warn them that the tank is getting low, they still didn't show up. Talking to the central office after hours is frustrating. They will tell you that they can come out in a couple weeks to refill, no matter how many times you explain the situation.
