Amy my Technician from Suburban that came to test my tank and replace my cord was AMAZING. She showed up early, was very calm with my special needs son and explained things I asked her. I would highly recommend her
I wanted to give a shout out to Mary Gillis at Suburban (Milford NH) for her incredible service over this past year. I have reached out and spoken with her during emergencies with my propane woodstove -- pilot not working, running out of propane, etc. ... and each time she has resolved it in a timely manner with pleasantness and humor. She was very knowledgeable about my account and was able to advise me regarding a payment plan that would suit my budget. She is an incredible asset to the company!
I have had the worst experience with them. Ordered and paid for a tank on April 12 have called multiple times since then and they still have not delivered. Every time I call it it’s just oh yeah we’ll make that delivery this week. Well it’s now May 10 and I still don’t have the propane. I will definitely be looking for a new company.
Very professional,they go up & beyond to help
Took weeks to deliver a new tank, offered discount then lady left and they refused to honor it, never calls back or responses to request. Charged me for emergency visit even though there was something wrong with the tank. Then sent me to collections for a bill I needed them to adjust before paying. Terrible customer service.
