We contacted Suburban because gas was not getting to the outdoor grill from the underground tank. Over the course of figuring out the problem, we met service techs Hunter and Ron. Both gentlemen were fantastic. The front office went above and beyond in making sure we were taking care of! Thank you!!!
Suburban Propane did an amazing job converting our new gas stove to propane. Ron and Mike were knowledgeable and thoughtful. We had struck out twice already getting this installed and what a blessing it was to have two guys that knew exactly what to do. Great work by these two, and the customer rep as well who was able to get them scheduled so quickly.
I bought the house and it came with an underground propane tank. It's the only way I can heat my house and cook. The tank belongs to Suburban but if I don't want it anymore, I have to pay to get it removed. I also have to pay an annual $60 rental fee, as if I have a choice. It costs me about $1100 a year to heat a 1300 sq ft double wide. If I wanted to use a different propane company I'd have to pay to have THEIR old ass tank excavated before I could get another one and go with a different company. Awesome service very attentive to all your fuel needs.
They overcharge for propane. Mix bills up with my neighbors bill constantly and use my property to fill my neighbors tank when they aren’t even there to fill mine.
