Why are you shafting your customers with prices more than double the National average? Gadsden and Leon county residents deserve better treatment than this.
After Hurricane Michael Suburban was the only propane company I could contact none of the other companies were available. they have been filling competitors tanks because they are not available. They have filled Verizon cell Towers to keep them working.
Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I finally cancelled service after being over charged for years. I asked that they leave the hole in the ground when they pulled out their tank so another company could come in install theirs. Suburban back filled the hole on purpose and then buried the supply line so as to make it hard for anyone to find.
