This particular Suburban location is the worst I've ever dealt with. I'm set up for weekly service and at least once a month they skip my delivery, leaving my crew without propane for our forklifts. Awful delivery service.
Always helpful and delivered when I needed it
We love Suburban Propane. Been with them for years. Excellent response time. Great customer service. Recently, we received a new driver named Cincere. He is THE BEST delivery driver with Suburban that we have ever had. He is courteous, professional, kind, and efficient. Other drivers drove where they were not supposed to drive almost damaging our septic, some drove too fast, etc. Cincere (Tallahassee Fl Office) is very appreciated and valued. Please let him know he's doing a great job!
