Chris Banaman of Suburban Propane - Temple was at our house for >8 hours- working outside on an extremely freezing day/night (3 of those hours in the dark), to help us troubleshoot a problem. Worst propane company around. Don’t understand how they are still in business. Trying to charge me 4.60 a gallon. Insanity. No customer service either. Stay away.
I don't often write a review, but feel compelled to do so today. We have chosen to go with a different supplier due to the price. When I called to schedule delivery (we have been paying a yearly tank rental fee, but not burning our stove for a few years now), I was quoted a price of $4.89/gallon, which on the day I called was over $2.00/gallon higher than the state average in PA.
