This company does not deserve even 1 star. Avoid this company if you can. I am stuck with it because I bought a house with an in- ground tank which Suburban owns. I have no options to shop around. I just bought my house 2 months ago and I am thinking about selling just to get away from this company and its draconian practices. Or I may have to foot the bill for a whole new system. I have never had such a terrible experience with a utility company.

Chris was very professional and knowledgeable My wife thought she smelled propane.. it happen to be on a Saturday morning. Chris made an emergency call and checked everything… thank goodness there was no issues. Most likely an odd odor that smelled like propane. Most likely a dead mouse. Which we did find two in the ceiling. Chris deserves to be recognized for his great work Thank you. Brian and Marcia Henderson

Fantastic customer service from the ladies picking up your call and getting you scheduled soon as possible. To Chris the service tech who came out, and installed the lines I needed to my stove. He made sure everything was working order no leaks etc. I highly recommend this place.

Terrible company. Rips you off with arbitrary and unfair prices. I was charged over $4.40 per gallon of propane when all other companies were almost $1 less per gallon. No explanation as to why. Plus, they charge a rental fee for the propane tanks every year, which is something no other company that I contacted does. And there are other arbitrary fees added to the bill that others don't charge. Bye bye Suburban. I'm paying $1.99 per gallon now!

Chris performed maintenance on the gas heater I use to heat my greenhouse during the colder months. He was amazing. The unit is pretty old and was having pilot light issues. The solution was not straightforward but he kept at it and got the heater back in working order.
