Missed delivery without so much as an apology! Bad enough you only deliver ONCE A WEEK despite only being 5 min from my house! DO BETTER!
They screwed us over. I paid a head of time for a delivery on Friday they never showed up. They sent someone with two gas cans to put oil in my tank. I should of watched him bc I don't think he ever put it in my tank. My boyfriend had to go to speed way to get oil. They company was than supposed to come out yesterday and again never showed up. I am upset about this.
From start to finish and process Frank and Paul were great with everything. And so was the office staff with everything
Customer service was great and Chris was very knowledgeable.
Highly recommend! My household is beyond satisfied with the with Suburban propane. After having issues with our furnace, Frank Lombardo went out of his way to check in personally; after he was already done for the day to diagnose all issues(December 15, 2025.) He went above and beyond to throughly explain how my furnace, and oil tank works. When I had more questions he politely waited and re-explained in simpler terms for my full understanding.
