Called before a known storm to request a fill and was told someone would be out in the next 3 or 4 days. Those days pass and no delivery. Called again, and no one in the local office would answer the phone. My call was transferred to a home office, and I was told I would get a call and / or email with an ETA on gas delivery. The next day came and went with no communication. Called the office again and was told someone would be out either that evening or first thing in the morning. No delivery that evening, so what will happe... read more

By far the WORST costumer service. Whatever woman answers the phone is out right RUDE. You can never get a straight up answer on when your tank will be filled, and if they do give you an estimated time it sure never happens. An absolute joke.

Terrible company. 1. It is absolutely impossible to get a delivery the week you want the gas. 2. According to their staff, they are not able to make deliveries on time in winter because the weather is cold and many people are requesting gas!!! 3. The more than doubled the price within the past few years. 4. The past few winters, they refrained to fully fill up my tank but they charge full delivery fee for every partial fill.

Update. It actually got worse. Finally picked up their tank then charged me $100 for it. Nice people but they just don’t seem to be equipped to do business. I’m disappointed. I was hoping this relationship would solve my propane issues but sadly it didn’t. Had to go back to my old supplier. Waited four months to upgrade my service, just to find out they couldn’t do it. Now I’m waiting five weeks and counting just to pick up my tank.
