I was really impressed with the Service Technicians that came out to install our tank today, very knowledgeable and professional....
I been a customer of Suburban propane for over 10 years, always on time and top notch customer service. My propane was completely out over the holidays and they were able to come out and refill my tank, my family was so thankful for the wonderful service and the warm house. If you looking for a gas company look no longer, Suburban Propane is it!!!
This company explained every detail of what to expect as their customer. Even after having some issues with the install, they went the extra mile of making sure that my service was up and going without having to reschedule or come back. Even the district manager came out to assist. Great start to a relationship!
