Good service to have
Terrible customer service
I have only compliments on the entire setup. The new accounts person was friendly and very patient with me during the process. And the driver also insured that everything on his end was smooth as well. With all the intense competition in the propane gas business, I will highly recommend suburban propane for, especially, smaller accounts. But I can only imagine how well they do with larger accounts too. Great big THANK YOU to Surburban Propane for the wonderful overall experience!
