Our family ran out of Propane today a 14 degree day and we called Suburban Propane and spoke to Brian who was told that we we're not customers but needed an emergency delivery or compassionate delivery of Propane. We we're dismissed and told because we're not a customer they won't sell us propane and that we should come back another day and set up an account. Translation, too bad suffer frostbite you and your family as you're not a customer today and we won't give you propane to keep your family warm !!
