When I call for a propane delivery, I'm informed of timeline to expect. But it is always earlier than projected. So far I have had one cleaning of my Studio area stove. Suburban propane was on time and work was efficient and complete. I have had situations with another company whereas it was more expensive and wasn't cleaned properly. I have been with suburban for at least a couple years. I think going on three and I am extremely satisfied.
By far the BEST company to work with. I called them on a weekend due to panicking about having oil in the house I am selling and they were right on it - very professional. And the driver explained everything I needed to know. Would recommend to everyone!
Never any issues, quick, reliable and nice what more can you ask for.
Charged me to replace tank cause other one didn't have a gage on it not my fault so why should I pay for there mastake
