Charged me to replace tank cause other one didn't have a gage on it not my fault so why should I pay for there mastake

The delivery person used my neighbors driveway to deliver propane to my tank. We had cars in our drive so clearly we were home. Our neighbors have a camera on their property and immediately contacted us. They were extremely annoyed.
We have been using Suburban Propane for several years. Recently after receiving a 1000 dollar bill I started questioning the rate they were charging per gallon. I called in and asked what the current rate was. I was told that it's 2 and change per gallon. After telling them that I have an account and have been being charged over 5 a gallon for a year now they all of a sudden tried to back track and tell me they couldn't give me a rate, told them that was clearly b.s and i know they have been ripping me off.
