I wish I could give less than 1 star. These people had me waiting all day for delivery. Never contacted at all. I had to call them and got an after hours call center. The ladies there were awesome. I will be looking for another service. Not the first time. They did it to my husband as well. I don’t know how you run a business like this but they won’t get a penny from me ever. I missed an appointment that I had and had to pay a cancellation fee. I am truly grossed out by this situation. Do better.
It was a pleasure to deal with them. Always promptly answered the phone and my questions. So unlike our previous supplier.
Good response to issue. Ran out of propane. Why did I run out in first place? Absolutely ridiculous pricing. Overcharged every time get a fill. Call to complain and pricing is dropped a little. Way over charged compared to other propane companies delivering to my neighbors. Suburban propane are by far the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. Sick of being charged way over local rate for propane. Suburban propane gouge customers and treat them like crap.
As of 2/20/25 I was contacted by a very sincere man from Suburban Propane about my bill. I am behind on my bill and have been searching endlessly to find some way of acquiring financial assistance with a lot of my bills to no avail. Lo and behold this sincere man spent at least 30 minutes of his time conversing with me about the propane industry and prices over the last year or so.
