Clueless to propane for my home. Suburban was patient and helpful explaining everything. Tank hooked up and inside checked in a short amount of time.
Suburban pricing is crazy! They were charging over six dollars a gallon!! I called and was told to go off budget plan to get better price??? The national average price of propane is $2.57 a gallon. Propane used to be the cheapest form of heating. What has happened? Greed. Feel like we are never caught up then, always indebted to them. Disappointed!
I wish I could give less than 1 star. These people had me waiting all day for delivery. Never contacted at all. I had to call them and got an after hours call center. The ladies there were awesome. I will be looking for another service. Not the first time. They did it to my husband as well. I don’t know how you run a business like this but they won’t get a penny from me ever. I missed an appointment that I had and had to pay a cancellation fee. I am truly grossed out by this situation. Do better.
It was a pleasure to deal with them. Always promptly answered the phone and my questions. So unlike our previous supplier.
