This is the worse company I have ever done business with. They send bills for work or gas they never delivered. They are completely unreliable. NEVER do business with this outfit!!

There is no transparency in pricing! Please document all calls with their customer service team, and or ask for a quote for all services! Purchase your propane tank at the establishment of service to avoid a equipment rental fee. A fee is charged even if the tank is at full capacity which is considered 80%.

I started with a $22 /mo to pay for tank rental,ect..it jumped to $93 which accrued a large credit, asked CS about it was told I shouldn't miss a payment and was never told why the price went up. Paying 100$:a month just to only use a stove? No thanks so I called to cancel service...was told they'd be out to get my tank around Wed. So I waited till Thursday to check on the status ,just to be told there was no date for a work order! I told the lady to rotate the account and get a date on it....there's no way to check the stat... read more
