Last week I had a propane delivery to my home in Waterford CT. Merle was the driver and what a gentleman. Merle got to the tanks and when he opened the lid there was a huge Bee nest. Bees went crazy. Instead of simply saying to me I can’t do the job till you remove the nest, Merle went to his truck grabbed the Bee Killer spray and went to town. Good service. Had new tanks installed for new furnace. They came hooked up. Came back to run system. Had one hang up but they resolved it
Amazing staff in customer service. The man who came to install & inspect (I think his name was Eric). Was very helpful & even got my propane fireplace logs working again. So happy we discovered your company.
My family was with another propane company for the last 5 years and had pretty good luck with them up until just recently. They failed to uphold their end of the bargain. I made a call to Suburban Propane. They came to the rescue and delivered my family propane when we desperately needed it. We were down to 5% left of my tank.
