Amazing staff in customer service. The man who came to install & inspect (I think his name was Eric). Was very helpful & even got my propane fireplace logs working again. So happy we discovered your company.
My family was with another propane company for the last 5 years and had pretty good luck with them up until just recently. They failed to uphold their end of the bargain. I made a call to Suburban Propane. They came to the rescue and delivered my family propane when we desperately needed it. We were down to 5% left of my tank. I was screwed over by Uncas gas and was empty so I called suburban they came out that day put in new tanks and filled them ….I am so very thankful
Suburban showed up, replaced the two tanks of the company that was charging me way too much. The person doing the job was very personable, and did an awesome job. Then Suburban showed up two days later and topped off the tank. The office staff was very nice and easy to deal with. I am deeply impressed, and I have been around awhile. They also gave me a great deal on the propane and gave me a great deal at my buisness which is in another town. Thank you Suburban
