Beware! I've been a customer since 2002, I'm replacing my gas stove with induction...I called Suburban to set an appointment for them to cap off the gas and remove the leased tank, I was informed that there is a restocking fee of $1.00 per gallon of propane left in the tank (they just filled it) plus tax. Shop around for propane!
Last week I had a propane delivery to my home in Waterford CT. Merle was the driver and what a gentleman. Merle got to the tanks and when he opened the lid there was a huge Bee nest. Bees went crazy. Instead of simply saying to me I can’t do the job till you remove the nest, Merle went to his truck grabbed the Bee Killer spray and went to town. Good service. Had new tanks installed for new furnace. They came hooked up. Came back to run system. Had one hang up but they resolved it
