Great delivery and great price, however, they have the worst accounting system of any company on the planet. Even if you have an overage credit from paying in extra, if you do a propane prebuy, they treat it as a separate account. Acting like they dont have the ability to apply the 20% prebuy dollars for that service from the credit you have paid in. I only pay into one account each and every month. Year after year. Great people! Drivers, and desk people are helpful, appreciative, and kind. They were quick to get us switched over and cared about our best interest while being honest. Would definitely recommend.
Called to find out why they removed my large tank when it was almost still full, she says they don't have a Guage on the tanks but it does because it's an older pig tank. I also have another location that is 50% full. I spoke to Kaitlyn which was a mistake! EVERYTHING she said was wrong but yet she still felt the need to over talk me. I have never spoke to a customer service representative that was so rude along with no clue what she is doing!
