All around unpleasant experience. Their business model is borderline unethical and revolves around tank rental fees and delivery fees, not the sale of propane. The nicest thing I can say about Suburban propane is that their staff are pleasant, and they sound exasperated trying to explain their processes and make excuses for the company they work for. This company has been an absolute disaster and I would not recommend them at all. It has been nothing but constant issues. The monitoring for fuel delivery is not accurate and we have ran out of fuel multiple times and when they come deliver fuel they don't turn it back on or restart the hot water heater. I was left without a stove for Thanksgiving because a Tech could not fix a simple issue with a burner not working. Than they proceeded to try and give me a outrageous service charge. We have had service with the Newport office. They are a great company that really look out for their customers when there is a problem Harley and Justin are amazing
Judy was very helpful correcting a delivery bill I did not receive. I appreciate her patience and kindness. She informed me of contract obligation I was not informed of. Judy gets 5 stars.
