Suburban Propane advertises help 24/7/365 but that’s not true. Been out of propane for a couple days and when calling they said they wouldn’t be able to deliver until the next week. False advertising.
Absolutely, the worst customer service. Had an appointment From 10 to 2. They shut up at 345 late. Gave me an attitude because I wasn't home. I had to go pick my kids up from school. Told them to wait 5 minutes and I'll be there. Saw him drive and away was even 5 minutes. Told their boss that I was taking too long. Do not go through them.
Delivery is convenient, but the prices are higher than other companies by a lot. I have been paying almost $7 a gallon in the winter of 2023/2024. Time to shop around.

Nothing but problems with this place. They had me on automatic delivery, but I don’t like getting delivered propane at whatever cost. So I asked them to change me to call only and they still came twice after that at $3.99 a gallon for almost 1000 gallons!!! The rates tend to be $1 or more a gallon greater than everywhere else.
