I bought my home in July, the previous owners used your company, we do not. The 2 propane tanks should have been removed by August and were not. We called your company at least 3 times to remove the tanks. An older man showed up to my home around 8am this morning. Instead of surveying the site and calling for help, he tromped back and forth numerous times through middle of my wet, soft lawn, hooked up a winch to one tank and pulled it onto it’s side and dragged it to my driveway. They could price match, which they do not do. They charge highest amount of money. Also, I have been waiting for a delivery since November 14th, it is now November 21st. I have less than 10 gallons of fuel in this cold weather. If I could switch companies right now, I would. You can bet your bottom dollar come spring I will be changing companies.
I’ve been waiting since January to have this company come take back their propane tank. Every month I call after the scheduled tank pick up is cancelled or moved. This has been happening for the last 3 months now. And they get mad about me calling and asking when they are gonna come. They got emergencies apparently for the last 3-4 months so they can’t get to me. Smh.
very frustrating company to deal with. difficult to have confidence with this comoany.
They can take my tank and never contact me again. Terrible company!! Don't use it, many other suppliers.
Empty promises- having to chase for service .... dropping them after 16 years!
