I will start off by saying that this winter was an extremely cold and icy one here in the Poconos and anyone attempting to get down our road to deliver oil was one brave and tough son of a gun as we found with John with Suburban Propane. He saved the day. Our road, under extreme weather conditions, can be incredibly precarious when one is attempting to deliver oil to our home but John seemed to welcome the challenge and we were the better (and warmer) for it. The worst last Monday orderd propane they took the money out my account supposed to be here last Wed or Friday never came saying they couldn't it was icy but it wasn't this is Tuesday the week after still don't have propane called them up and they gonna say they gonna try to deliver it today unacceptable and the female kept hanging the phone up smh no customer service at all

Great service and great prices. Easy to get to on the phone and you speak to a live person. I highly recommend Suburban Propane. Jackie and Ken are the best!!!
