This place left us with no propane which is our only source of heat in the middle of winter and would not put us on emergency delivery. Their customer service is god awful.

If you enjoy financial jump-scares, surprise fees, and gas priced like it was hand-crafted by Swiss watchmakers, Suburban Propane is your company. I’ve been with them for three years, and every 2–3 bills they try to slip in some new “creative” charge like I’m not going to notice. Spoiler: I noticed. Their latest trick?
