This place left us with no propane which is our only source of heat in the middle of winter and would not put us on emergency delivery. Their customer service is god awful.

I’ve been with them for three years, and every 2–3 bills they try to slip in some new “creative” charge like I’m not going to notice. Spoiler: I noticed. Their latest trick?
