Moved from WV 2 months ago. Called to have a reading done so we could discontinue service. We were told it would be done. After no word from them for a month, called again. We were told that they hadn’t done it yet, but would get it done. Called again today, still haven’t done anything, but said they would have a supervisor call us. Still waiting on a call.
