The people are always kind and helpful and when you call in you actually get to talk with a human being.
I just got a tank full of propane. As I left my residence I got stuck in the snow. Kevin got out of his truck and pushed me out. He went above and beyond his job. Little did he know that I had had a heart attack 3 weeks prior - cannot shovel snow. Kevin thank you I am a Suburban customer for life. Again, THANK YOU!!!
