Quick service at a reasonable price.
Always timely and professional service . . . but the cost of propane . . .
We received our gas yesterday in Sidney Ohio. January 13th. I think we waited over a week (maybe a week) & the man was nice enough to ask us to turn our furnace and hot water heater on. He seemed like he was in a rush he couldn't get our furnace lite or the hot water heater on and we are still sitting here without either on because we know if we call it will cost us $75-$100 just to have them help that we don’t have right now. Not to mention it’s scary to us because propane is nothing to mess around with.
I would highly recommend Suburban Propane! They installed my tank with expertise within 2 days of my phone call and is cost efficient with a backup if I would loose my electricity
Very good experience with the Becky the sales rep. and also the installation of the Tank went well, they worked with me to set the tank where I wanted and the installer was great to work with and on time. Joanna was very pleasant to talk with and answered any questions I had, So far a great experience.
