I have had them for many years. Office staff is always kind and understanding. Recently had an emergency and the serviceman was beyond kind. Always good to talk to staff about payment programs.
I was a customer with suburban propane for almost 10 years numerous issues with customer service so decided to change company's an they want to change me a $100 dollar tank removal fee. that was not in the contract I don't recommend them to anyone find a better company won't be long before they are out of business I'm refusing to pay their fee I hope to see them in court

Always timely and professional service . . . but the cost of propane . . .
We received our gas yesterday in Sidney Ohio. January 13th. I think we waited over a week (maybe a week) & the man was nice enough to ask us to turn our furnace and hot water heater on. He seemed like he was in a rush he couldn't get our furnace lite or the hot water heater on and we are still sitting here without either on because we know if we call it will cost us $75-$100 just to have them help that we don’t have right now. Not to mention it’s scary to us because propane is nothing to mess around with.
