I just got a tank full of propane. As I left my residence I got stuck in the snow. Kevin got out of his truck and pushed me out. He went above and beyond his job. Little did he know that I had had a heart attack 3 weeks prior - cannot shovel snow. Kevin thank you I am a Suburban customer for life. Again, THANK YOU!!!

I just spoke to Kara Long at the Wapakoneta office and if I could give more than a 5 star review I would. She is new at the job and I hope they keep her! She was very pleasant and professional. I hope that Kara answers the phone in all of my future calls. Thank you!!
They are always friendly and on time. We have always had good service
I have had them for many years. Office staff is always kind and understanding. Recently had an emergency and the serviceman was beyond kind. Always good to talk to staff about payment programs.
