NO RV propane !
We have been with Suburban Propane since 1994. We have always had excellent care along the way. Our guy is Sean Scalise who has been our support and is quick to respond any time we need him.
Well I don't always put this but I think it should be typed. Got some propane yesterday from this company, my grandparents had them for years this will most likely be the last one. When it comes to their customer service we'll service its a joke. A few years ago ran the heater and it was about every month they were coming out to fill it. Omg. What a warm, friendly and helpful staff!!! Out of propane. Had old tank. As soon as I called, Mariella emailed me an application for new service. I followed up with a phone call and she set me up with Chris to check out condition of my old tank prior to sending out the propane. Chris got detained at a propane emergency at another location and Mariella updated me. They say we will deliver after noon or some time after. I have been waiting 2 hours, I gave them a csll and was informed that i am last on the list os possible deliver before 5pm I have 4 guard dogs in the yard and my wife has dental appt in VA Sacramento.
