Suburban Propane team went above and beyond to deliver gas to our Alpine home. Our customer service agent made sure we got on the scheduled delivery even though there was a snow storm. Our delivery man went down the hill full of snow at 9 pm on a cold Dec 30th 2024 night to fuel our tank! Thanks a lot for all your work!
The suburban propane Reno/sparks branch is business that cheats, will scam you, and are liars. They are holding money in my account, which they promised to refund but after 4 months has not happened. Stories from “you’ll be paid when the tank is picked”, to “I’ll check on that refund and call you back in an hour” (no callback) to “the check is in the mail”. There are more documented calls I’ve made. Never dealt with such a dishonest company. Avoid this company.
