This company is so unorganized and disjointed and has caused my family so much frustration and the office staff have no idea what they're doing. They are utterly incompetent. After predatory billing practices, we finally said ENOUGH! And cancelled their service last Summer (2025). I have had a couple issues with them not delivering when they were supposed to, however once I've spoken with customer service they have made every effort to correct the issue. We all make mistakes, and how they're handled is what matters most-- I feel that they are good people who do their best when there's a mishap.
