Staff maintained a polite tone.
Do not use Suburban Propane. Their price is more than double that of the other companies that service the AV. Also, once you tell them you've changed to another propane service, good luck getting them to come out and pick up their tank. We've been waiting 7 months and have called them repeatedly. Again, check around with the other companies and avoid Suburban.
I was a customer for over 20 years. In that time I never received an upgrade in equipment. There was a miscommunication on billing between Suburban and our billing company and no one let us know there was a problem until they said “we are cutting you off”. I called to resolve and was told the problem was all on my side. I asked what options we had and they said “pay everything or we won’t help you”. I asked why no one called us months earlier and the manager said that wasn’t his job and my office should have figured it out. ... read more
