Had a problem with my account and brett the manager guickly solved the problem and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Could not be happier 5 star treatment.
Suburban has been great to deal with, just spent some time on the phone with Jennifer at my local office and she went above and beyond to help me get all my needs sorted out. I’m not very tech savvy and she helped me navigate the app and get my contract up to date and paid, she deserves a raise!! Would highly recommend Suburban Propane.
I have been using Suburban Propane for many, many years. Until the last 2 years, I have had very good reliable service. I don't know what has happened in the last two years, but nothing seems to work with them anymore. Getting our furnace serviced was a ridiculous comedy of errors. It took over 8 months to get someone out for a routine annual service. I am now in an absurd back and forth with a billing issue. Between the regional office and the local office, I can't get a straight answer on what appears to be an incorrect bi... read more
