They are the most infuriating company to work with. My husband and I wanted to switch to a different propane company, during this process, not only did they have bad prices, they lied to us. They would not come grab there tank in a reasonable amount of time which prevented us from getting a tank delivered by another company. They were obstructing a new tank from being placed due to space constraints as we only have a small ledge for our propane and with them not removing theirs, we could not have a new one placed..
