I have been using Suburban Propane for many, many years. Until the last 2 years, I have had very good reliable service. I don't know what has happened in the last two years, but nothing seems to work with them anymore. Getting our furnace serviced was a ridiculous comedy of errors. It took over 8 months to get someone out for a routine annual service. I am now in an absurd back and forth with a billing issue. Jim moved our tank easily and quickly, great guy, well qualified, great service
Jim did an excellent job setting up a new propane tank and explaining how things worked. He was on time, great communication skills and great work! Very pleased with the service.
Suburban Propane let me run out of propane for 3 days. It then took 3 phone calls to finally get a LP truck to my home to refill tank. Driver and local dispatcher were great to work with… I was contacted by a regional manager for Suburban. He explained the situation and the steps he was taking to improve service. He also apologized and removed that balance on my bill. That was greatly appreciated.
