We are new customers to Suburban Propane. We failed to set up our service for automatic delivery. Over Thanksgiving, with the below freezing nights, we consumed our propane down to a single digit amount. Panicked it would cause the furnace to quit any moment we called the 24/7 service line. We cannot express the gratitude we felt when the truck arrived the next day! Here is a company that cares!
Suburban Propane was the only company in the magic valley that would supply a tank so my daughter and her husband could live in our motorhome parked in our backyard.
