We have been customers since 2023 for propane only, and unfortunately have now had repeated issues with incorrect oil delivery charges. Back in February (for the second time), we received an oil delivery slip on our door for oil we never ordered or received. The first time this happened, the company corrected it and placed the charge on the correct account. This time, however, they added the charge to our account. I am thrilled with urban propane they come in a timely manner to be sure I never run out I see them on my ring camera Very polite and I recommend them My last experience was I ran out when on auto delivery so I switched to Urban Propane.
Worst customer experience ever in dealing with Suburban propane. We have done business with them for years and then receive a phone call from a Becky Newsome a supervisor. She tells us that they cannot get down our driveway. Interesting I thought, since Simple Energy delivered oil the day prior. Outcome was awesome. Simple Energy will be putting in their tanks shortly. Can’t say enough good things about the help and service I got today.from Trish Treavitt and Suburban. We were away from our NH house but monitors said the temperature in the house was dropping. I called Suburban who indicated that the tank had recently been filled, Trish said they had a service group and that one of their service people was in the area and could come to find the problem.
