Customer Relations Specialist Trisha is so amazing and considerate, I felt seen and heard in a time of worry and panic. She handled the situation faster than I would ever expect, and when challenges arose she immediately called me to talk to me about next steps and made sure my family had options to eat/bathe until we could get a new tank- before she was willing to end the call. This company is great to do business with. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Oil was delivered in a very timely fashion. Unfortunately there wasn’t a path shoveled for the delivery man but he still trudged through the snow to fill my tank. Price wa a nice surprise. Thank-you to all of you
Not sure how to put stars on this review. Have been a customer for over 35 years and the service has gotten pretty bad over the past few years. Pricing is inconsistent. Wait times for service slow to the point of us having to spend 2 weeks hunkered in one room due to lack of technicians, changing policies with no notice, my complaints are numerous. We recently moved into the Upper Valley and the home had Suburban Propane. I have read about issues with other providers but Suburban has been amazing. My initial call to set up the service was delightful - everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Really happy Suburban was the provider that owned the tanks, made our lives so much easier!
