Costumer service was great, came out as soon as possible due to propane being empty. And return the very next day due to gas not flowing. Dan was awsome over the phone and the tech answered our every question.

This company sucks they overfilled my tank and I had to have the manager from Sierra Propane tell them I was going to call the police for them to come take propane out of my tank which had blew pressure out twice it was so scary I was crying and they didn't care the Sierra Propane manager had to tell them to do the right thing that is unexceptable. Now because of that I have to revalve my tank and my guage doesn't work so I have to wait until it's empty. I called to tell them and they said because I own my tank I am responsa... read more
