I’ve had Suburban Propane for several years now. The office staff are always so friendly and helpful. But Frank the delivery driver is the BEST. I have an electric gate of which the opening is quite narrow for large trucks. Frank somehow can back up through the opening, no problem. He is always on time and so very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me about the pre-buy program that has saved me money. I hope Suburban Propane realizes that they have an A+ employee.

We have been customers with Suburban Propane for 41 years and couldn’t be happier with our propane delivery driver Frank. He is professional, dependable and is easy to get in touch with and responsive when we need assistance. Frank will call when in our area to see if we need a refill and has went out of his way to service our tank when our tank has been near empty. Good to know there is still some great customer service out there! Thank you Frank, Julie N.

The folks answering the phone are helpful enough. We typically had a delivery scheduled within a reasonable time. Unfortunately, we recently discovered that this company charges significantly more per gallon than local competitors. We are now getting a better price per gallon and a better rent on a larger capacity tank. But of course, they hit you with a fat penalty to pick up their tank if you leave them.
