I would think twice about doing business with them. Don’t call the call center and even mention that “ you think you have a leak” After service guy on call called me and explained why tank was only showing 80 percent I told them to cancel service call which they refused. They even have a recording of me saying I don’t smell anything. They sent service person out here anyway than charged over 300 dollars for him to walk in my back yard and pick up cover to look at tank. As I have been a customer for over 20 years, I have to say that the delivery system/time/whatever is BAD. I was told my delivery of 100 gallons would be Tuesday..... I waited ALL DAY....At 6 pm, dude showed up. He was WONDERFUL, but really... can you guys narrow a time window down????? Or give me a call, give me some sort of ETA??????? Really........ This has been the case for the whole 20 plus years.....Just let me know something. Thanks
