Update: Suburban Propane was able to get my grandparents back on their original budget, we really appreciate it. It was very nice that they worked with us and got everything back on track. My low income grandparents are on a budget. This horrible company just raised their budget from 79 dollars a month which they’ve been paying, to 190 dollars a month. They’ve called as high up as they can get, and even though the price of propane hasn’t raised and they aren’t behind at all, these swindlers won’t let them remain on their bud... read more
